The People’s Summit at Rio+20 for the Social and Environmental Justice discloses the list of confirmed inscriptions for the Self Managed Activities of Convergence and for the Future Territories. This list doesn’t include the cultural activities yet, they will be disclosed in a few days. We want to thank all the organizations, movements, networks, articulations and persons who answered our call and registered proposals for activities.

For time and space reasons, we had to stick to the criteria defined in our methodological guide to confirm activities. One of the principal criteria was that the activity had to be proposed by networks, collectives of Civil Society’s organizations.

We invite all entities that proposed non-confirmed activities to participate actively to this encounter and to contribute to the debates and exchanges as well as to the Self Managed Activities and the Plenaries and Assemblies. We remind you that the individual inscriptions are available here.

Each inscription will have a number
In addition to the name of the activities, the list gives a number of user and a number of inscription. Starting from now theses numbers identify the confirmed inscriptions.

Cancels, location changes and others. What can be done?
If you want to cancel your activity, please send an e-mail to programa@rio2012.org.br indicating in the subject: CANCELAR + user code + activity code.

If you already have a space where you can hold your activity outside of the Aterro do Flamengo, please write to programa@rio2012.org.br indicating in the subject : FORA DO ATERRO + user code + activity code. In the message indicate the location, the complete address, and the schedule of your activity.

Dates, schedules and locations of the confirmed activities
Before the 5^th of June we will disclose the list of locations, dates and schedules of the activities. Due to the great number of activities proposed, we won’t be able to give everyone the dates they requested. We count on you comprehension regarding the changes in space and dates.

Quantity of inscriptions
The inscriptions overcame the expectations : over 1200 proposals were made for the Self Managed Activities and about 200 for the Future Territories.
